MAJICK-12 operates as a civilian aerospace R&D entity conducting proprietary research across advanced aerospace systems, materials science, and applied theoretical engineering.

Due to the sensitive and pre-commercial nature of ongoing work, all external engagement is highly limited. Public disclosure of technical details regarding any projects under MAJICK-12 or SPG is not provided.

Categories of Engagement

1) Funding & Investment Enquiries

MAJICK-12 considers selective funding arrangements aligned with long-term research objectives. Detailed information, documentation, or technical disclosures will only be provided following: Preliminary review, Individual Alignment assessment and Execution of an appropriate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). 

2) Co-Development & Technical Collaboration

Requests for co-development, joint research, or technical collaboration are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. All joint- projects are subject to: Mutual NDA's, Defined scope limitations & parameters and clearly designated & mutually agreed upon intellectual property boundaries. 

Access to active research streams, datasets, or design work is not granted without formal agreement and role definition.

3) Viewing Requests & Demonstrations

Viewing of materials, prototypes, simulations, or documentation is restricted - No viewing whatsoever is permitted without; Prior written approval from MJ-01 (Executive Authority), SPG (Special Projects Group) & NCG (NASSAU Control group), a mutually signed NDA & explicitly written scope definition signed by both parties.

4) General Enquiries

General enquiries are welcome where relevant to MAJICK-12’s general business focus. Requests for unrestricted access, speculative claims, or non-professional engagement will not receive a response & will be handled internally or externally dependant on specific circumstances.
